When will I get my order?
All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for items to be packed for shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5-10 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3-5 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1-3 business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Expedited, 1-3 day shipping does not guarantee same day processing. Please note: processing time and shipping time are separate and are not a combined projected order arrival time.
Custom pieces are subject to longer than normal processing times as they are made to order.
How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?
In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy below.
What Domestic Shipping Options does BAdorn Clothing offer?
We offer Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Rush Shipping.
How do I return my garments?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can exchange your items within 7 days from the delivered date.
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a eGift Card code. BAdorn Clothing does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges, tax or processing and handling fees.
Online Returns Policy
Our only request: Items must be received within 7 days from the delivered date. Items received must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; return shipping fees are incurred by the buyer.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
•Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
•Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
•Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
•Accessories and custom B.Adorn items are non-returnable.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a eGift Card.
All orders made without paid shipping are refunded via store credit in the form of a eGift Card.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an eGift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
•An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
•An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
•Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON MARKED DOWN ITEMS. We apologize for the inconvenience.
